About
Go Global Foundation is a private, non-profit legal entity constituted under the laws of the Republic of Chile, devoted to education, Christian formation, missions and community development.
We exist to serve people, families and communities through educational, ministry and social projects, working in cooperation with evangelical churches, educational institutions, Christian organizations, and public and private entities that share our purposes.
Our doctrinal identity is Baptist, and we fully adhere to the Baptist Faith and Message 2000, which guides each of our educational, ministry, social and missionary activities. We affirm the supreme authority and inerrancy of the Holy Scriptures and the centrality of the local church in fulfilling the Great Commission, and from that conviction we carry out all our work.
Mission
To promote the integral development of people and communities through education, Christian formation and social assistance, in cooperation with evangelical churches. We train leaders, strengthen and plant churches, and send and accompany missionaries in Chile and around the world, in order to make disciples of all nations and serve with compassion those in need.
Vision
To be a reference foundation in Chile and abroad for its contribution to the integral formation of people and leaders, the strengthening of biblical evangelical churches and global missionary mobilization, contributing faithfully and steadily to the fulfillment of the Great Commission from a firm doctrinal identity, grounded in the authority of the Holy Scriptures and the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.
History
Go Global Foundation was born in the hearts of Pastor Pablo Uribe and Pastor Ben Ward, who share one conviction: Chile and the churches of Latin America are fertile ground for missionary work.
The purpose
To walk alongside churches in the fulfillment of the prophetic promise of Habakkuk 2:14, so that the earth may be filled with the knowledge of the glory of God, as the waters cover the sea.
The earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea. — Habakkuk 2:14
Missionary mobilization
We currently have three missionary families in the application process in Santiago, preparing to serve on the mission field. Alongside them, one more family is in the application process with a view to being sent abroad, as part of our commitment to cross-cultural missionary mobilization.
In parallel, our church-planting project in Puerto Varas is moving forward, where two families are actively working to formally constitute a new church in the area in the near future.
Partner churches and agencies
We are supported by the International Mission Board and Global Grace. See all
